Dog Walkers in Livingston
Why you should hire a dog walker in Livingston
Daily dog walks are so important for every dog’s overall health, happiness and well-being. We understand that sometimes owners don’t have the time or get caught up with other commitments and we also know that walking your dog every day, no matter the weather, is a huge commitment!
Many of the behaviour problems that pet owners face with their beloved dog or puppy tend to be related to inactivity, a lack of socialisation or just sheer boredom. This is where we can help by providing the perfect dog walker solution whilst you are away from home, at work, on holiday or simply too busy to manage daily walks throughout the week.

We offer a reliable, professional dog walking service where your dog will be sure to have fun and stimulating walks around the local parks where they can be safely allowed off leash, to run around and play until their heart’s content or if you prefer on leash, there will be plenty of time for sniffing and exploring the nearby countryside. A good walk is more than just exercise for your dog, it tires their body and rests their minds so they are far more relaxed and manageable throughout the day.
Dogs thrive on routine and regular dog walks will not only provide exercise it will satisfy their basic primal instinct, just as fish need to swim or birds to fly, dogs need to walk!

How It Works:
The Meet and Greet is a free consultation that we provide to all of our new clients and their four legged friends. It is important that we familiarise ourselves with your dogs routine and discuss your requirements in a calm and relaxed environment.
This can be done at your home or at a mutually agreed place such as a nearby park. We are based in Eliburn and there is a lovely park beside us or wherever you and your dog feels comfortable is perfect for us. We will take some details about your pet for our registration process and have some fun!
The Meet and Greet with you and your dog should take around 45 minutes to an hour. It’s a good idea during this time for us all to go for a short, (on leash) walk for around 20 minutes so we can get to know each other and observe how well your dog walks outside on leash.
Once you and your dog are happy, you’re all set and ready to proceed and book a dog walk.
This can be done at the meeting, online or over the phone. There is no pressure to commit at this time. All we ask is that once you have arranged a full dog walk that your dog wears his or her own collar with name tag and has their own leash, leave the rest of the walk to us, your furry friend is in good hands!
